Two-photon Polymerization is unique technology for 3D structuring in micro and nano precision.

Laser ablation and scribing process can be done with very high precision and minimum influence to surrounding areas, because of very short-pulses of femtosecond laser. Precise amount of material can be removed from the substrate according to the requirements.

Depending on the drilling application WOP has different microfabrication techniques which could be adapted to achieve the best result. By using femtosecond laser system we are able to drill all type of holes in different materials with very high precision, according to the depth, edge roughness and other requirements.

We are capable not only to form 3D surface pattern, but also to form structures inside the transparent material by making refractive index irregularities with no influence to the surface.

In cooperation with a pilot scale solar cell production line in Lithuania we design dedicated tools for laser processing of solar cell. Several key applications are described within this category.
